10. King Aesthetics SMS terms of service:

Consent for SMS communication:

You agree to receive text messages about our services by opting into SMS communications with King Aesthetics. This may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, and updates about your experience with us. Rest assured, the information you provide as part of the SMS consent process will never be shared with third parties.

Types of SMS communication: 

• Customers and Guests: Receive updates on appointments, promotions, special offers, and other relevant information.
• Job Applicants: Receive updates on your application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related communications.

Standard messaging disclosures:

• Program Description
  By subscribing to our SMS notifications, users agree to receive promotional, transactional, and informational text messages from King Aesthetics. These messages may include updates, exclusive offers, order confirmations, and other related content.
• Consent
  By opting into our SMS program, users consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized text messages from King Aesthetics at the phone number provided during the opt-in process. Consent is not a condition of purchase. When registering with King Aesthetics you will check a box in which gives your consent to be contacted.

  The frequency of SMS messages will vary based on customer interaction with your services. Customers may receive up to 1 message per week. We will send reminders 2 hours prior to any upcoming appointments.
